How I came to this.
I came to this work because my own life had run out of answers. My second marriage was ending. My oldest teenager seemed to be slipping away. The company I worked for was hemorrhaging money, and I volunteered to leave first because I could not execute what was needed from the seat I was in. My boss and I had stopped talking, after a decade of being friends.
I had spent a lifetime in psychology, coaching, and consulting that could not show me what I was missing.
